Chemical-free method for carbon dioxide recovery
The method is based on the dissolution of gases in water (absorption) and the release of dissolved gases from water (desorption). The water-based process is efficient, completely chemical-free and environmentally friendly. The method was granted a patent in 2014. In autumn 2016, it also received a patent in China. Cooperation on the commercialization of the recovery process is currently being carried out with Carbon Reuse Finland Oy.
