X-ray inspections and rework services of electronics
We offer our know-how to see under the surface and help you find the optimal soldering process quickly and economically. Our X-ray inspection service has been developed based on the latest test results in electronics manufacturing. In addition, our solid experience in image interpretation brings out the details to perceive the whole ensemble.
The new X-ray tomography machine (Cheetah Evo/Comet Yxlon) features a high-resolution digital detector capable of discerning details with precision below 0.5 microns. Three-dimensional computed tomography (CT) can detect various defects that are not visible in traditional 2D X-ray inspections. Cheetah Evo is suitable for high-quality X-ray inspection and quality control of circuit boards, enclosed electronic components and modules, as well as sensors.

EMC test equipment is specifically designed for testing of product development, so it has not been offically certified.
R&D laboratory equipment investments are based on IEC standards. The laboratory was established to test products in demanding environmental conditions. Besides our comprehensive testing program, our 3K-Factory has a mass production line suitable for product development during production, as well as a milling machine suitable for circuit board prototyping.
