Effective RDI activities

The aim of the investments in the project is to activate the construction industry and the concrete industry to utilize the region’s RDI actors and environments in their product development and in the renewal of their own operations.

Renewal of product development

The project focuses on finding solutions for the utilization of recycled materials, side streams and wastes in concrete so that the carbon footprint of concrete production can be reduced. With the help of the project, the construction industry and the concrete industry will make use of the RDI actors and environments in the area in their product development and in the renewal of their own operations.

Key measures of the project

The impressive and well-known RDI activities and environment created as a result of the measures of the project will enable the application of competing money projects to the area, as well as the construction of an impressive and high-quality national and international cooperation network and thereby also the creation of new jobs.

The expansion of RDI infrastructure and the development of know-how also contribute to the attractiveness of the region from the perspective of companies.
