The aim of the Sales Frenzy project is to strengthen the sales and productisation skills of entrepreneurs and company staff in South Savo, in order to reinforce the conditions for profitable business and growth.

Key activities

  • Identifying the skills and development needs of enterprises
    • Providing up-to-date information on the skills and development needs of enterprises in the South Savo region in the area of productisation and sales
  • Productisation training
    • Topics: productisation process, productisation-related accounting, customer relationships, products and services, sales and marketing, production, delivery and after-sales service
    • Testing of a digital productisation platform
    • Three productisation-related workshops/webinars
  • Sales training
    • To be delivered in a modular format
    • Covers topics such as: personal selling, sales process, B2B vs. B2C, data collection and use, measurement, tracking and rewarding, social selling and networking, personal coaching
    • Three sales-related workshops/webinars and a final workshop/webinar
  • Information to support companies in sales and productization
    • Key lessons from the training sessions will be published as a digital workbook on sales and productization
