LISÄ – Added value to the development of rural areas with nature-oriented services of high competence

LISÄ builds bridges between nature and wellbeing. The aim of the project is to create desirable nature-based wellbeing services together with local companies.

Wellbeing services as a part of nature

LISÄ aims to strengthen the role of nature in wellbeing industry. The goal of the project is to develop high-quality nature-based concepts in collaboration with local businesses. Through capacity building, we aspire to position South Savo among the leading areas of green wellbeing both in Finland and internationally.

Core activities of LISÄ project

1. Sharing knowledge about nature-based methods and nature’s effects into human health and wellbeing​

2. Supporting SMEs in creating nature-based wellbeing services​

3. Branding South Savo’s high-expertise in nature-based entrepreneurship through an engaging marketing campaign​

4. Providing wellbeing businesses with no prior experience in nature-based methods with an opportunity to integrate the methods in their current business​

5. Positioning South Savo among the leading areas in the field of nature-based wellbeing internationally
