ELI -European Logistics Institute – cornerstones of operations

  • Home base and diverse infrastructure in Kymenlaakso
  • Network of top experts in logistics and security of logistics
  • The operations of ELI are steered at the national level
  • Results are scaled nationally and internationally

The Finnish Defence Forces sees the development of such a network positively. The Finnish Defence Forces is monitoring the development of the Kymi Logistics Centre of Expertise -project.

If implemented, it could create cooperation and development opportunities, for example: in training of the Finnish Defence Forces’ logistics and to produce know-how to Defence Forces’ logistics system, but also more broadly to national logistics and thus also to security of supply.
