What do we do?
We have Three Key Activities:
- Accelerator Program DevelopmentCDG Booster builds a comprehensive accelerator program tailored for SMEs in Finland, Sweden, and Estonia. The program works with innovative technologies like VR, AR, XR, metaverse, and game tech. It includes business development workshops, mentoring, user experience sprints, and peer-to-peer support to help companies scale and grow.
- Cross-Border Ecosystem BuildingThe project creates a robust cross-border ecosystem that connects tech companies with industry experts, investors, and new markets. This ecosystem fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and business networking across Finland, Sweden, and Estonia, helping SMEs to scale up and expand their reach.
- Market Readiness and Scaling SupportCDG Booster focuses on helping tech SMEs refine their products and services to make them market-ready and user-friendly. The program also supports developing business models that fit new customer segments and facilitates access to industry events, trade missions, and investor meetings.
Expected Results
The CDG Booster project will implement a robust accelerator program featuring workshops, mentoring, and advisory services tailored to the needs of tech SMEs. By creating a cross-border ecosystem, the project will facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and access to new markets and investors. As a result, CDG Booster will help 15 – 20 companies to scale up, enhancing their market readiness and business potential. This cross-border initiative will drive growth in the digital creative sectors and create lasting impacts on traditional industries by integrating cutting-edge technologies.

CROSS-BORDER expert POOL
The CROSS-BORDER expert Pool will be created in collaboration with all partners, to get the best possible selection of experts and advisors from the Central Baltic Sea Region.
All partner organizations in the CDG-BOOSTER have a wide range of networks, which will be utilized to benefit the participating target group in this project.
The project needs to find those experts and advisors to set up further processes and activities in the projects, with the expert pool we will create the acceleration program and the content for it, as we can rely on their expertise and the network surrounding them.
The idea of the Expert/Advisor Pool is to connect our participants with the right information of an expert, who will go with them through the process of scaling up, and support them with open questions, needed to find answers and the business operating processes. Questions will also be discussed (if needed) about the suitable roles of each team member in the company, and the need for an additional workforce, or even a change of leadership. Such difficult acknowledgments can be tough to handle for some CEOs or team members, but they can mean massive growth for the company if the skill set of team members is suitable for the tasks and goals of the company.
