This project is a dynamic and innovative experimentation of entrepreneurship, where the business activities in Kymenlaakso are directed towards more creative business processes, new types of products, concepts and services. The aim of the project is to create new and creative ways to increase positive customer experience and to attract more and new types of consumers. The time of industrial capitalism was marked by the mass production of goods, but the pursuit of economic growth has shifted towards another direction: services, content-building and enhancing customer experiences. The opportunities opened up by creative methods will be explored in order to, first, create new types of contents and, second, to make the intangible value within business activities more comprehensible and usable.
